Welcome to the site.

Tell us about your SS. I see it's been modded some.

Port Orchard, on the Kitsap Peninsula. The Puget Sound moat around us requires state ransom be paid to the ferry system or the toll bridge. It filters out most of the Seattle, I-5 corridor mayhem to keep the peace & your sanity! Nice area to live.

My SS is pretty much completely OEM stock, right down to OEM tire replacements, filters & fluids. The GMTU was installed when new at dealer by previous owner and he used only dealer for service on it. He was an ex GM employee, retired. He supplied all original documentation etc. When I installed the Brembo's (GM/AC Delco parts) I did put all 4 matching rotors on it, non GM parts. There is 56K on the clock now and I'm anal about maintenance.

I really like this rig, it's so much fun! Being an ex Honda/ASE master tech for many years I do have some concerns about its longevity after reading on here about so many low mileage failures. I know this is the place to go to hear all about them but still, hope it's not the norm and I wonder about some of these issues. Did I mention how fun this rig is? Impressive!

A 2010 SS should be past most issues, like the porous block issues.

Yes it is a nice area to live.... Did work at the Bangor base and PSNS. Rented a house in Poulsbo for about 2 months, really enjoyed the area.

When you really want some fun put a good tune in it. You'll be changing tires a little more often.
