Hello, thinking about HHR

I have a 2004 Suburban and was thinking of getting a HHR while gas prices are low. Love the 'burb for its hauling ability, but don't remember the last time I had more than five people on board.

Used 08s seem to be going for not much more than 10K. I do like the fact that '09s have ABS and Stabilitrak standard. I sometimes stuff my road bike in the suburban and sometimes a telescope too. I think I need to look and measure one!

I recently got rid of my 'toy' car (GTO) - need to downsize to one vechicle for me and kept the Suburban. I think the HHR would restore some of the fun factor and also be reasonably practical.

Ohub.. welcome to the site. Seeing that you got rid of the Goat, you may want to try the SS. I know you won't be sorry. My daily driver is an 02 Silverado 5.3l with plenty of bolt ons. I know I won't miss the power driving either vehicle.
