New to the site, had my 2011 silver hhr for about a month, really like the ride..have a couple of issues, sometimes the keylesss entry goes nuts and locks when i hit unlock and visa versa, usually i fix it by manually unlocking the drivers side door. Also i have a slight pull to the left, maybe thats not uncommon..anyway great site, any suggestions. Its still under warranty , althought the dealer says a pull would not be covered by warranty if its an alignment problem.

 

 

I believe they are false there. If you bought it new. It has 3yr/36,000mile bumper to bumper for things like the pull and fob issues.

I bought mine used with 29,676 miles. I got the remainder of the 3/36,000 and 1/12,000 bumper to bumper for buying a certified uses from a Chevy dealership.

My advice. Talk to the manager not the service peons. If that doesn't work. Contact Michelle on here with Chevy customer service.

Take it back to the dealer for both the goofy locking symptoms and the pull, they should be able to take care of both under warranty.

It most likely needs reprogrammed to get the locks straightened out, and an alignment to get it going down the road straight.
