That is incorrect. Only the SS's 2.0 LNF motor have DI in the HHR's. But the engine in the 08 vs the 11's is different with the addition of variable valve timing and flex fuel found in the 11's (was changed in 09 or 10) that is not there in the 08. But it only increased HP by I think 10hp and a gallon or two more MPG's at the pump.

OP- All three could be a good buy or bad buy depending on how they were treated during their previous ownership(s) so be sure to check them out well. Also as with any car there were lemon trees mixed in with the apple trees back at the plant and some of our beloved HHR's have been found to come from those lemon trees.

Very simple. Give the dealer your serial number and let him look it up.

Also known as the VIN number. the dealer might look at you funny if you say serial number LOL. Or Michelle aka member ChevroletCustomerService or member Chevymngr (admin) can look it up for you.

2007 LS 2.2 no major issues 109,000 miles great little ride I would go newest as there really is no change to the rides , and you'll get the longer period of warrenty

That is a great point. The 08 is almost out of the powertrain warranty and IS out of the bumper to bumper one. If they are over 36k though they will be out of the b2b one. If they are at 30k but still have one then find everything you can fast lol.

I bought my 07 LS last year with just over 60k on it. Michelle found me how much remainder of PT warranty was left. It wasn't much and I did not need to use it so all was and is good but hey if you have the option of one with it then that would get my vote. To be clear I am refering to factory warranty.
