to the site!!! There is an area for help. It is called Site Development and Help.

To answer your question on the email notification.
1st Click on "User CP" in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
2nd Click on "Edit Options" to the left of the screen.
3rd Under "Messaging and Notification" find the area titled "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and click the appropriate choice you want: Do not subscribe, No email notification, instant email notification, daily email notification, or weekly email notification.
