as far as the decrease in gas mileage did you start using gas with 10% ethanol when the gas mileage dropped
or maybe you are just driving say 75 mph on the highway instead of 65 now?

Where I hit the deer was in a heavily populated area on a four lane highway interchange. Had just turned onto the exit ramp when the deer came up over the edge of the road and hit me on the drivers side of the car, got hood, headlight, fender, drivers door and a dent in the back drivers side door. Had a lot of hair and blood but the last I saw of the deer he was trying to get up and had a wild look in his eyes. Drivers side door was jammed and had to go across the consol to get out. It was just after dark.

 

Wow. We don't have a problem with Deer anywhere here in Sarasota. Busy town. But I go down to a town called north port every weekend. It's a fairly desolate area. Lots of woods. Better have your eyes peeled for deer and hogs. Not to long ago a buddy of mine rolled his cavalier over when he hit a hog.
