Welcome to another local.

Hey Vinny,

Thanks for sharing pics of that gorgeous new panel of yours. Great choice of wheels, it really does look amazing.

We all met at A&J's today and I was told of your panel and that you lived close too. Hope to see you at some of the g2g's.

Also, are your stock SS wheels available?

Don

The wheels were custom built for the car. Russtec does not produce wheels for the HHR. The set on my car had to have the bolt pattern custom drilled and hub-centric spacers machined in order for the wheels to fit. (If you look at the attached photo you can see how far inward they had to move the bolt pattern) After all of the machine work was finished the wheels were assembled and a set of tires mounted so I could drive it for a couple of days to make sure that there was not going to be any issues. After that the wheels were disassembled for Chrome and Powder Coating. End result is what you see. 19 x 8.5 Russtec 2 pc forged wheels on an HHR!!

Cool looking car Vinny. I'm not much for changing the wheels or suspension on the SS because I think even stock, they're pretty close to a 10 for my taste but you've done very well with your mods.

Nice panel Vinny, you need to come to our next g2g and keep the SoCal HHRs growing.
