Thanks ahead of time for what seems to be a well payed out site. I've had mine for quite some time (2006 with 2.2) but the only thing I have done is driven the heck out of it and upgraded the radio. But lately it's been giving me fits. Sudden loss of power and major drop in fuel mileage. Scanning it first showed MAF. So I replaced it. Then showed MAP so I replaced it. Then showed lean on bank one O2 so I replaced it. Now shows P0496 P0106 P0171 P0496. So I'm waiting on the evap solenoid to come in today to replace it. This is my work car and this week I have about 1900 miles of driving to do. So I really need to figure it out. I have tried to find any possible vaccine leaks but no luck. Where are common problems? Thanks y'all.

 

Welcome to the site Db71. That's a lot of codes to be throwing at the same time. I'm not the mechanic I have to pay one. Lots of guys here have the knowledge you are looking for, hopefully they will be along shortly.

 

Thanks. Normally I would get a dealer service manual to help diagnose a problem but I can't even get a chiton local for it. That plus no time (got to go out of town today, preferably in it). A member just sent me some info in PDF so time it will prob help
