Nifty Productd makes a all weather carpeted catch all for the back cargo area. It will match the interior carpet and has raised edges. They also make them for the foot wells in all 4 locations. They will catch all the slop and look factory. To clean them just hose them off and let dry. They are avaiable in all HHR interitor colors. By far these are the best things and they last forever. My Sonoma had them for 12 years and when I sold it the carpet was like new.
Side strip is subjective . What may look good to someone may not look good to you. I would just go to aplace with several kinds to choose from like a body shop supply store. Choise what will look and work for you. Any more these strips have a hard time working well with the different levesl all the vehicles are on more. What strip that works with a car will miss the SUV or mini van doors. Anymore you are between a rock and a hard place with them.

Hi everyone,
Picked up a red '08 SS, with about 12k miles the day before Thanksgiving. Automatic and sunroof.
After renting base HHR's in California and Arizona last year, I was impressed with the car, the utility, the gas mileage, etc. And while I wouldn't have chosen red, I just couldn't pass this car up. No pix of the car, but I do have video from the dealership:

I have a history with GM performance cars: 79 Trans Am, 87 Grand National, 91 GMC Syclone, and my current garage queen: a 93 GMC Typhoon with 44k.
So, it's only natural that I would finally have a DD with some performance! The bad news is...the HHR is primarily my wife's ride.
She had a 93 Taurus SHO some years ago and has missed the performance.
I have a few questions:
1. My wife parks in some tight spots. Is there an aftermarket side moulding that looks good and will prevent dings?
2. Who makes a way-back liner? (Weathertech does not)
3. Are there any clubs in the southeast PA area? (if not, I might just start one!)
4. I'm sure I'll think of more...

Funny...with all the SyTy's and Grand Nationals there that day, maybe the most interesting car in the lot was your SS because I had been shopping for one. LOL. (and, I had seen all the turbo V6's before...)
(this was a Turbo V6 meet at Hooter's Bensalem last month. Our SyTy group gets together each fall at a local Hooters and this year we included turbo regals.)
