Thumbs up New here, good deal?

Hello everyone, great community you've got here! I have already found all sorts of ideas if I am able to purchase an HHR

Ok, so here is the deal...2009 HHR 1LT, Victory Red with ebony interior, Chrome Package, fog lights, 2.4 upgrade / automatic, and stereo with USB.

Sticker: $22,380
Invoice: $21,438
Rebates: $2,500
Dealer holdback (their loss): $574.50
GM Card: $1000
Processing: +$189.50

Out the door = $17,553

What do you all think? I am going there tonight to pick it up and take it home for the weekend to test out (my family and I have bought our last 8 cars at this dealer).

Thanks!

Nearly $5000 off sticker seems good to me.

First off, thanks for the welcomes, hope to be here more often!

I'm glad to hear that everyone thinks this is a good deal thus far. I was really hoping I could use more than a $1000 on GM card (have almost $3000) available, but I can't seem to convince anyone to let me use more...boo!

Pics to come soon :)

Good deal

sounds good to me. i went to 2 different dealers , 1 was small town , the other was high volume. i offered both $17,500 cash , for hhrs that had $18something on the red tag. both dealers said they could not or would not take a penny less. i found 1 from a private owner that was imaculate with all options for $16,500 , it did have 25000 miles. my advise is to take your time and make sure it is the vehicle you want , with all the options you want. i believe gm is becoming a little more flexible than when i tryed to deal with them. and they should.
