I did find that when I was reading through some of the posts. Which is why I said it's high on my list of things to get done. I'm just talking about other performance upgrades that may void my warranty, such as intercooler upgrade, air intake, etc.

WELCOME FROM CANADA. I have a 2009 SS and love it as well. Thanks for the offer on detailing, I'm sure people will have questions for you in the future.

Is it better to wax your car with a cloth side to side, up and down. Rather than a buffer in a circular motion? Thanks.

You can do either. If your working with a clean surface and clean applicator you should be golden.

Clay bars can be a best friend! It's not hard to do and can really make sure you are leaving a swirl free finish. When I wax I typically use my dual action polisher to apply the wax (applies is very thin and uniform). Then a very soft microfiber I go back and buff it off.

Just ensure your always working clean. That's probably the most important thing I can say. Two bucket wash system, quality products, and quality microfibers.
