All your talk about the trip out west has got me in the mood for another road trip. Had some great memories of trips out to CA, WY, MT, SD and many more. We camped in Custer State Park the week before Sturgis Rally and it was awesome seeing all the bikes!

 

Welcome MrVette83. Your wife won't regret moving from a V Dub to an HHR. Just as unique and fun to drive, just more room. Vic Red looks nice for both the truck and the trucklet in you pics. Would have been my choice of color as well if the coin had landed on the other side.

Thank you guys for all the warm welcomes. We still seem to be happy with our purchase and don't look for that to change any time soon.

CarlsSS, we didn't stay in Custer state park but did take a day trip through. In the trip we saw several hundred buffalo grazing and even walking right in the middle of traffic. Also a few of the wild donkeys/burrows.
