Solid rear 1/4 panel

Hi,
Got my Wife the HHR last year. I was just looking for the basic HHR, my only requirement was roof rails. After searching around we found a few but they had running boards and after we looked at the price, we asked about optioning up to the LT since it came with the running boards and other nice features for not that much more. Was able to find one with the rails and also the solid rear 1/4 panel option, not a 'panel' option without the rear seats. I thought it looked neat, would have preferred black but got 'Cardinal' red, which is nice too.

Have not done anything special to it, but have only seen about 2 or 3 others with this 1/4 panel option. We like the look and like the vehicle. Changed the oil the other day, WOW that was easy! Never took a filter off with such a low amount of mess! I'll be doing my own oil from now on and putting in synthetic for what I was paying for regular. (I have to find out if you need to lube it though, did not look)

Anyways, we'll be tooling around SE MI and whereever.

btw, decided to use Wife's personalized plate as our 'handle' or logon name, so it can be confusing since I will most likely be the one reading/posting.

Rick
