Well it hit my local dealer this week so I stopped by to check it out. They are huge! and expensive. The fully loaded one in the showroom was 43k on the window. Navigation system $2495, full sun roof $1495. I'd buy 2 HHR LS's before I would bite the big one for this scooner. This is a clear sign that Ford has no idea what they are doing these days. I predict another failure in the long line from Ford.

Ex:
Thunderbird- Everyone wanted one until they made them.

Freestyle- Nobody wanted a giant escort wagon

Ford 500- Even changing the name back to Taurus won't move these turds

Fusion- Whatever...

Mustang- Was a home run until gas hit $4

Focus- Do you really want to be seen driving one?

I so agree. I have had Fords, Lincolns or Merc's all my life. Now mind you, except for the gorgeous 2003 Marauder, all have been much much older models. My HHR is the first GM car Ive ever owned.

When the Marauder was hit and totalled, I drove all the new Fords and lord have mercy did they suck goat testicles big time. Really sad that the new and newer Fords and Ford makes are so so bad.

Wow, in white it really looks like a yacht, and not in a very stylish way. Just what most people WONT be looking for with current fuel prices. It really strike me as an oversized, dolled up 1st generation Scion xB. El Puke-o Royale.
Having vented out that hating, I will say that I think Ford has done right by the Focus, Mustang, and maybeeeee the new Taurus. But I just don't know what they were thinking when this monstrosity emerged from the design studio.

I'm sure, however, that I'll probably see at least a few local idiots tooling around in these, leaning to the right, long arming the steering wheel while talking on their phone, convinced that they are the coolest thing since shaved ice...

By choosing a Che-bee, you chose wisely, my friend!

Ford's version of a Pontiac Aztec. Overpriced and unattractive. This one will be a one year wonder..Wrong car at the wrong time.
