OK, I'm guilty of buying on the US, & UK, eBay's and getting stuff from HK, Canada and Australia, but who wants to fess up *what* was their most "spent-too-much-on/fought-to-the-bitter-end-and-won" purchase?!

The only one I'll fess up to is a chartruese (sp) Fiestaware mug (a retired color) that I went to the bitter end fighting with someone and won for about $30. I don't even like that color!

What's funny is I got the same color/style mug on Yahoo!auctions (when they had it), for $5.
