When new people join they can say that you referred them and you get a referral. You can also put a link in your sig like I have. When someone joins using that link you get a referral. If you go to the top referrals in the orange bar at the top you will see where it says "Invite your friends to join......." Under that is the part that you would copy and paste in your sig using the insert link function. Make any sense?
