Is a question considered a question if a question mark doesn’t follow the end of a statement or would that be considered another questionable question questioning a question about a previous question?

 

Can U repeat the question ?

 

Do you think that some questions don’t merit repeating or if they are repeated they sometimes loose their effectiveness and perspective of the subject in question?

 

Is he the equivelent of a Chatty Cathy?

 

Would Chatty Cathy at least answer the question with a question or do you think it would be over her head to do so and she would just start a series of new questions totally unrelated to the questions being questioned?

Isn't every question in this thread supposed be answered with another question questioning the question in question or something to that effect?

Shouldn’t answering any questions be viewed as an act of innocence and therefore leave behind any thought that someone would be watching besides ChevyMgr?
