Is it just me or is anyone else alarmed at the fact that Officer1151 possesses handcuffs?

And another thing, are security officers allowed to use handcuffs?

 

Do those plastic ziptie thingies qualify as "handcuffs" nowadays?

Since they are more likely to cause nerve damage, wouldn't it be better to make them illegal?

Couldn't you just wrap them in fur like the metal handcuffs then to keep safe?

 

Would you be suprised if I told you soft cotton fibre roap works much better ... Ooops was that my outside voice ... and if it was did HE say any thing about the tiedowns in the back of the HHR??? ...sorry obviously strung out on cold meds ...WOOOHOooooo!
