Thats my best game too. Weird

 

My best game was a 256. My average is around 190+ I don't don't do any of those fancy shots. I'm a straight ahead bowler. I just try to hit either the left or the right of the very first pin and usually I'll drop a strike or set up a spare that is easy enough to pick up.

 

I love to go bowling, Hell I even sponsor my father in-law's team. My wife says that I look like all of the three stooges at once when I bowl, so she doesn't get to go. Plus, my avg is 102

 

I LOVE bowling (and any other sport you can drink beer and play)

 

I guess I am on the high side of the spectrum here. My average is 205.

 

Bowling??? Do they have a full contact version?

Hmmmm, I love to bowl but I really suck. I haven't bowled in a few years and my average was 161. Back several years ago I bowled in a company tournament and won with a high average score of 268, I have no idea how that happend but for some odd reason I was hot that day. I was also in a bowling league a few years ago and missed a perfect 300 by two lousy pins, the funny thing is that in the three game tournament my first game was in the 180's, the second around my average in the 160's and all of the sudden I almost hit 300.....go figure. Can anyone say "inconsistant"...LOL

 

use to bowl all the time till i had kids,,, love to bowl and shoot pool and play ping pong as well
kind of takes time and money to raise them

was fairly decent,,, not great
only played once a week and averaged around 185 to 191 in league.

 

Ok, I've been steadily raising my average, Since this thread started, To 98. Better than 73, For sure! But I just got the deal of a century. This dude at my local lanes, Chris Markin, (who bowls a 280 on average) Is selling me a ball, A $240 16-pound Columbia BackYard Bully, For 20 bucks. 20 BUCKS! Only been used 9 frames. He's selling it, Just because he never uses it! And he's got 9 in his arsenal!
