Based on my memory of years past, I would say prices are down quite a bit. I would say what I have seen so far is cars are selling for 1/3 to 1/2 of what they would have sold for 2 years ago. Many incredible bargains to be had, if you have the money.

Its a reality check for the collectable car market too.

Missed the Packard by $1,000. The auctioneer should have kept it on the block for a little while longer trying to get that last $1,000.
Dang, missed that corvette by $2,000!! Those bidders need to stop being so cheap and start throwing their money around a little bit more.

Had the challenger at 72,000 , were it sat for a bit then went to 75,000. dam.
that was my 1st bid as the cable was out lastnite.
