Barry Bonds Closing in on Home Run Record

Do you plan to watch as many games as possible so you can see history happen or do you just not care? I was able to see Hank Aaron break the record in '74 and felt he was very deserving. I just don't have the same warm fuzzy for Bonds. I doubt I'll be watching!

Darn SB that's great that you saw "The Hammer" break the record. He did it with class even with death threats aimed at him.I have a Hank Aaron signed commemorative hat from the 25th anniversary number 412 out of 755 and a signed ball from Hank. The fact that Barry Bonds will break the record doesn't interest me at all.I think his record is tainted and to me does not mean as much as Hank's record.I also have three signed 1995 World Series balls. They are signed by Smoltz,Glavine, and some guy named Maddux...yeah,I guess you could say that I am a Braves fan.http://www.baseballhalloffame.org/ho...layerId=110001

The Giants are playing a three game series here in St. Louis tonight and this weekend...

As for the sports fans all over St. Louis... I have not heard ANYONE who wants to see it happen here...

Out of all the people on the forum you should hate him the most. Do you remember back in the striking days when he said "F**k the fan". I rarely say somthing like this but i hope he has a career ending injury because he makes the sport look bad.

Well at this point I could care less about the pirates until someone else buys them. I have no respect for that organization and do not watch them. And as for what he said I think all the players said that during the strike by their actions.
