Smile BAT thing happen today

So i'm sitting outside at a house i'm working at today, When something catches my eye, Thought it was a giant moth floating down from a tree.
Poor guy looked old and confused. (grey hair ) . It had the sharpest needle teeth i,ve ever seen. I'm back there tomarrow , So i'l see if he's still there. Kinda weird.

Bat's can't fly from the ground, they have to drop from a hanging position. Chances are if a cat didn't find it in the middle of the night it would still be there in the morning.... dead. (sorry to say.......)

Bats are having a rough time of it these days, whole colonies are dying throughout the north east and central states...... some kind of fungus that we don't know how it spreads or how to stop it. Without bats feeding on insects we could be in for a rough time ourselves.
