I guess I need to make a trip to upstate New York and have some wings. I thought Hooters wings were very good. If wings from New York are that much better, I have to have some!

Wings may have started in new york, but they were perfected in western pa. Hooters wings are ok, the only great thing about them (now i'm talking about the wings not here people) is you can always expect the same thing no matter where you are.

No offense, but PA doesn't even know what dipping sauce to have with wings! PA thinks you use Ranch for dipping! Everyone from Buffalo (where wings were invented and still rule) knows that you dip hot wings in Blue Cheese!! LOL :)

Acutally most people do dip in blue cheese, but if you even enjoy wings slightly you don't dip in anything. Thats what a good sauce is for!!! I might have to make my own home made wings some time this week. I even do the sauce, Its a hot Garlic (not out of a jar) with a touch of cajun, its so freaking good!
