UPDATE:
Billy Lane was charged with DUI Manslaughter. He was over twice the legal limit and driving on suspended license from a previous DUI

Well, thank you for the update...what an incredible waste of the lives of the victim and of a talented bike builder and although I was a fan of the Billy Lane style of builds, there should never be an excuse for his actions...
