I don't want us to kill him. I want us to capture him alive. Then we should hand him over to the Saudis; he would be judged by an Islamic court and they would impose sentence immediately (no wasting 20 years in appeals). And I think beheading would be an ironically appropriate sentence

And before anyone brings up their thoughts on whether or not the Saudis would do anything - the Saudis are perhaps the only people more pissed off at Bin Laden than us, they have been actively tracking down Al Quaeda in Saudi Arabia and KILLING them. And if the Saudis take care of him, no martyrdom issues.

 

I dont know a lot about islam, but does that mean he would be disgraced in some way if he was found guilty of a crime, therefore he would not be allowed into islamic heaven..??

Or does it have something to do with the form of execution, via beheading..?
