Walmart's ad is now up if anyone was wondering. I saw they have a Garmin C330 for $ (reg price is like 199) but that is a early bird special and probable only 2 per store just to get people in. I'm not getting up at 5 am, no way. Think I rather get the 340 or even 350 if I decided I can't follow a road map any longer

Question

On the Best Buy stuff, the ads on Bestbuy.com that come up when you click one of the links do not match the prices from the text on the blackfriday.gottadeal.com site.

Or is that the regular price that comes up on the bestbuy.com page and the gottadeal.com site is showing what the price WILL be this Friday?...

Best Buy is going to have the Nuvi 200 for 169.00 which is a great price...I'd like to get one myself (already have a 320 which is great)..I may just spend a bit more and have Amazon ship it to me (212-25.00 Gift Card for total of 187.00) Well worth it than fighting freakos at 5am!

Hey...odd question...usually Best Buy and their kind usually have a price protection policy in place. What I mean is if you buy something and it goes on sale in the next 30 days, you can bring your receipt in and get the savings on the sale price.

Do they throw that policy out the window for Black Friday? CC has a great 46 inch Sharp LCD on sale Friday for 1299...reg price 2499..hmmmmmmmmmmmmm would love to know if they would refund me the diff if I bought tomorrow

best buy is sometimes full of crap on alot of things...
there is some controversy on how they advertise and such...
somethign about some in store computers that tell u one price and the ads telling you something else and sale price is diff...i think there was a lawsuit...anyways i thnk its like a bait and switch kinda thing

i dunno im still thinking of getting a PS3, but there is no more 20 gig and 60 gig is hard to find

My GD, who works at Target, said today...

Order it on line for pick-up TODAY or TOMORROW, and return at your leisure on Friday to claim the guarantee savings. That way you don't need to stand in line or fight the crowd.

So, at Target at least, they do honor the in-store guarantee.

Thanks Snoop! I assume that means just bring in your receipt on Friday to get the savings back?

The Newnan/Peachtree City area. We might head over to the Lawerenceville area also. Trying to find a good location outside the Atlanta beltway. We have time, won't be moving until next summer at least.
