Most of you know I've been looking for another HHR Panel or Half-Panel cause Eve will be driving the PT Cruiser once she gets her license...but then I'm kinda thinking do I really want two almost identical cars..??
I've always liked the looks of the Cadillac Eldorados and I've never owned one soooo....
Today I bought a 97 Eldorado that's a 2 owner car with 85,000 miles on it...it's got a 300 HP Northstar V8 with EVERY AVAILABLE OPTION and is pretty much minty. The current owner bought it from his neighbor who went into a retirement home about a year ago. Brand new tires, all new brakes and a new battery.
Judging from the low miles I think the old guy only drove it to strip clubs on the weekend...

A nice find! We have had a few Cads over the years, my first car deal (my Dad signed all the papers) , was for a 1957 Eldorado, like the picture, just a wash polish and wax job cleaned up the engine bay and sold a week later , tripled my money!

I really like the 59 (I think)with the fins and two bullet tail lights on each side...

I've already ordered a pair of lavender fuzzy dice for the one I just bought...The former owner will deliver it here next Friday and I suppose I'll have to get a few photos with it with a couple models...

It's been cold, windy and raining all weekend so Eve was the only model I could convince to be outside and wearing less than a snowmobile suit....
