Has anyone else see this?

I hope they catch this person, I'm not sure there is a punishment to fit this crime.

Several years ago here in St. Louis there was several times large rocks, car parts and other crap were dropped from overpasses. It all happened within a few months and a few people were killed. Only a couple people were caught, when there were witnesses, it had been done by kids who ran off and were not found.

Wasn't a few years back, when kids were throwing frozen turkeys, in the same manner.
This type of thing, throwing something off an overpass pops up about once a year.
Some people have no caring factor in there souls.

Just 2 years ago, a couple coming back from there honeymoon to Rochester had a building block come thru there windshield. The wife took most of the force coming in. She now has limited motion on her left side and still has trouble with speech. The person was never caught. The couple at 25yrs. old are still looking at the bright side of life together.

Wasn't that at one of the train overpasses in East Rochester? I seem to remember something like that happening out there.
