Breakdown your Username!
Alright lets break the ice and our usernames  Some of the members have some interesting usernames that I'm assuming have a history to it. But everyone's invited to let us in on your username :D I'll start first:
ng8650: ng = abbreviation of my last name 86 = 1986 Ford Mustang 50 = 5.0 (obvious size of my Mustang Gt's engine) The 86 Gt was my first ride that I had done extensive modifications to and I wish I still had as a project ride (the aftermarket loved this car). I got rid of the Stang a long time ago. And I hate coming up with a new username all the time so ng8650 stuck. Although I might consider changing it to ngHHR one day :thumb: Ng |
jaydogg was given to me about 10 years ago when snoop was really big. My first name is jason if you were wondering where the jay part came from.

Firewatcher.....................after any sizable fire where the was a chance it would re-kindle, we would post a firewatch. One or two off duty firefighters with a fire extinguisher and a radio. If anything started up, start with the extinguisher and call for help. Financially it was great. We were always paid a "detail" rate which was more than the overtime rate. monster5601...
Monster is a past nick name from the old biker days and 5601 is my street address numbers. I know, not very creative. |
My is not quite "historical" as the rest. I have a Sunburst Orange HHR. Hence, I got Blinded by the Light!
|
mine is a play on my name Will C...wheelsee ;)
-wC |
SIHHR is very direct. Staten Island (SI) is where I live and HHR is the car. I know another one that is also not very creative.
|

captain howdy is the name the demon that possessed Reagan in The Exorcist took while speaking to her through the ouija board.
|
I was thinking you were in charge of some cattle or something..
|
Must I really go through this or does everybody get it :D
|
guido is my nickname given to me by my best friend in high school, he took it from the movie Risky Business, Remember the killer pimp. 99 is my initiation # into my Fraternity, Kappa Sigma. BTW the devil is just a tribute to my old grade school Turkey Creek Red Devils. :thumb:

wow, so creative! I heard a friend of mine call some girls that listen to country music "Bucketbunnies", well since I listen to almost every type of music there is, but I LOVE "girlie" techno, one day my hubby called me a "Technobunny", I changed the spelling to be cool, LOL!
Capt, I love that movie as well, it was the best horror flick EVER! Scared the CRAAAAP out of me! |

Mine is my e-mail. I came up with that because I love cars, but I wanted to have an original spelling to it.
|
DJ- I want to be a Radio DJ.
Nate- First name. Gnau- Last name. (pronounced gnaw) |
Some ppl call me Johnny. My very first email was JonyyBgood Since the proper spelling of Johnny B Good was taken
JonyyB is short for that  |
I always wanted a personalized plate for my Monte Carlo and came up with NVRNFHP (never enough horse power). Never got it though. The variation that is my screen name came up when signing up for AOL...couldn't think of a unique one. Home Improvements was on and there it came...Nevrnfpwr (Never Enough Power)...Not to mention my name is Tim. Throw in some grunts and groans to complete the effect :D

I wouldn't have got it if I didn't find out his name. I figured out the RYD part but I was stumped by the begining. :)

|
Pretty much everything in that film is creepy and wrong. Then it get's even worse if you believe the part about it being base on an actual case of exorcism. To even fathom that could be true.

Every since Markie Mark played the well endowed porn star in Boogey Nights, my wife started calling me Markiemark, and some of my cycling friends also started calling me that, it stuck. And yes my name is Mark.

Ummmmm...mine's self explanatory?
Especially if you've been here: www.socalhhrs.com (not trying to promote...but you would be amazed at how many new members don't know we exist! I still get emails every week from this board asking where I get parts on my HHR.) |
IVtech is the job I had for 18 years. I prepared all the IV solutions in a hospital. IV has been part of my plates on my cars till the HHR.
Charles |
snksknr94- snake skinner 1994. My Camaro was a 94 and the snake part refers to Dodge Vipers and Mustang Cobras. Was going to use it as a vanity plate but another in my local f-bod club had it already, but it's been my forum name on just about every forum I'm active on.
|
...and here I was all prepared for some great Arizona story containing knives and rattles!
Oh well, maybe next time! |

Mine is simple. Holmes is my last name Hot Ride is what I drive. Put them together and it stands for HHR.
|
My name is based on Norse/Tuetonic Mythology - Fenrir, the wolf of Chaos, who will mark the begining of ragnarok, but also, my wolf infatuation started at a very early age from when I lived in the Bear's Paw Mtns in Montana. I played football and they said I stalked palyers like a wolf..so to make a long story short fenris(sometimes fenrir is called this) and 222 - 2 is my favorite number and my car is Black Fenrir... :p:
