Not true! We were settled by the British and then fought for our freedom. We'll not me I'm only four generations deep, but you know what I mean.

 

That is so true the statement I written. Our roots left other countries to be free, they came here for a better life

 

CH, He has a point. This was the melting pot of the world at one point.

 

But the original 13 colonies were established by the British. America was started by the British screwing and killing native Americans. Later on after we gained our freedom from the British, we then became the land of the free that we all know and love. And then we killed, screwed, and took the rest of the native Americans land.

I get what your saying because like I said I'm only four generations deep. My great grandparents sailed into New York city for the great freedoms and liberties that America provides. For some reason I thought you meant the founding of America. Sorry I didn't understand.
