That is the only reason i sought out a grey insert 5 speed with an s-roof

Loved the red , and thought why is there grey there, ?

For me I love the gray headliner, it allowed me to have a custom gray carpet made for the back end which makes it look larger then it really is and lightened up the back at the same time.

Ice interior cleaner has removed staines on the grey ultrasuede for me.

With my SS , I think that there are only a few dealers that ordered the rear side curtain airbags. Though the grey interior helps the cause. Which is funny beacause the grey is the onlyone that fit with the intreior. ( IMO ) The SS' iv'e seen with the black or red inserts , Still carry the grey up to the headliner. (The Clash ).

The rarity portion of that site may actually only be using info from people that have inserted their VIN..... it does say their database keeps growing. If they had all this info direct from GM the database would be "all grown up" by now.

I can verify it's wrong. I went to this site a year or so ago and it said mine was 1 0f 1 on certain options, yet we had two exactly identical Premier Edition HHRs on our lot when I bought mine.
