You can put a gun-rack anywhere.
I have no idea why it MATTERS whether or not one would go into the back of a Volt. Nobody BUYS the Volt because they expect to take it hunting, or off road, or down some WV dirt roads. They buy it for fuel economy. Newt is a chode. I hate him. He is a snake,
