Nomads were 2 doors only. The white one is a 4 door.

The white one looks longer and that side chrome piece is so different, I didn't think it could be a Chevy, plus the lines on the headlights are so different. But looking closer, I see it's just a trimpiece thing.

They are all Chevy's. The middle photo is the Nomad with all the bells and whistles. The Nomads were top of the line for the wagons.
The white was the third in line and called a two ten. Don't know why.
The lowest cost wagon was the one fifty model and was plain very little chrome.
If a person ordered it with the high performance engine they called them sleepers.

Top model = Nomad
2nd = Bel Aire
3rd = 210
4th = 150
This list of wagons were for 1955 through 1957 years only.

Stovebolt.... you're correct!! I was in a rush and didn't look close enough at the pic... Yep, the Nomads were 2-doors and you can see the difference in the B-pillar also.

I only buy Chevy's with round tail lights.

I have to scan the older negatives, but I do have pictures of maybe the last eight Corvairs! And the '62 Buick Skylark, and the '63 Buick Special Convertible, the '75 Buick Park Ave, the '68 Olds 98, the '72 Olds 98, the '67 Falcon, the '89 Taurus SHO, and mo......later for another thread.
