There's some truth in that. Many stay so sterile theeir body never gets a chance to build immunities..

 

My dad used to have those in his Service Station restroom and I can honestly attest to them being just about the worst thing to dry your hands on. Some people thought it was just a loop, but it was actually like a reel-to-reel tape and would collect the used Cloth into a lower cylinder and the first clean cylinder would unroll. They were 40 foot rolls and each click was 5 inches.

funny thing... I know it seems so insignificant to many people but you won’t believe how many people thought it was just 1 close-looped cloth. I would say (conservatively) 75% !!
ive always taken the knowledge for granted till I discovered how many people wouldn’t use them back then because they thought this. Lol!! 🤣😂

 

I wasn't alone then on that thought... I did avoid using them for what I thought (closed loop)..

 

I used them and never thought about the 'hazards'
Didn't bother or effect me
