Oh Kadena! The airmens club, the rocker club, the memories (what happens overseas, stays overseas!). And right outside gate 2, BC street, pyramids, New York, New York! Saki, Yakisoba, you get the picture

I was on the 31st MEU for Team Spirit back in 92-93 and on the Block O Wood for other small deployments. So I'm sure that you watched the F.E.N. in Okinawa (Forced Entertainment Network)

Okie Dokie: I wanted a "Florida Salutes Veterans" plate with "HHR" on it, or "06 HHR". After waiting an eternity, (a month or so), the rep at the dealer tells me they're taken, so I asked for the Veteran plate with a random collection of numbers and numbers, you know, a normal plate! So they send me this:

I asked everyone on "That Other Forum" what the hell a Shnog is, and this was Krejaton's reply: (Hilarious!)

Because you asked, I Googled it for you, enjoy:

1. Some chick on Xanga (http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=shnog) - sell it to her?

2. A type of wrestling or maybe a wrestler (http://www.mythdragon.com/...s/ShnogWrestling.php and http://www.indywrestlinghunks.com/results.html) - rednecks will now flock to your car and give you big greasy hugs

3. According to the Urban Dictionary (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=shnog), it is a) that zone between petting (snog) and doin' the nasty (shag)
b) anything sexual
c) a cigarette - obvious connection to the above I assume; heh your HHR might be smokin!

4. I especially like this one...The SHuffleboard National Organizational Group (http://www.dannyrosenthal.com/shnog/index1.html) - your HHR might be a hit with the over 80 crowd!

5. In Gaelic, it means "nice" (http://www.smo.uhi.ac.uk/...achadh/bgfp/bgfp.txt) - I think we have a winner!

Well, the kicker to me was that at first your hated the name and seemed kinda pissed that you got stuck with it. It cracks me up how it has become your calling card now!
