That's not totally true on GM. If the dealer agrees to terminated GM will assist in liquidating parts and vehicle inventories. If they don't they are on their own.

How could that work?? They take your dealership but your still allowed to sell the cars but you can't do any warranty since your not a dealer?? Makes no sense.

the local saturn dealership the past 2 weeks had lined up ALL their new car inventory and bunched it up in the back and then car haulers came in a loaded the cars and took them away.
the dealership is now just a used car lot...
