Did you vote today?

For those of us in the 22 Super Tuesday states, today was our day to cast our ballots.

You don't have to discuss who voted for, I just want to see how many people got out to rock the vote today. Still plenty of time left before the polls close for those who forgot.

Sent my early ballot in last friday. So no, didn't vote TODAY, but did vote and mailed it to be effective today.

As an outsider that is totally confused by the US electoral process, is today the day that basically picks who will make the run for president for each party?

Somewhat true. Today is the biggest single day in the middle of a several month process to elect party candidates for President. It gets ridiculously complicated to explain further than that.
Voted absentee a couple of weeks ago. No vote- no complaining!
