Do you live in one of the "Happy States"
CNN news had a bit, and an article on the top ten Happy States in todays economy. Do you live in one?

IL at 37, that is a lie. Weather sucks,unemployment is higher then 8.5%. In the city of Chicago unemployment is up around 14%.
So we have:
High Unemployment
Crappy Weather 70% of the Year
High Property Tax
High Sale's Tax
Another worthless Gov't
O ya state still has no money. (Yet they can buy 35 Million Dollars worth of Tahoe's for the City of Chicago Police Dept) Cause they need those
All reason why IL should be Ranked 50th and why i hate living here. lol

I can't believe no one has challenged what he's trying to do. When Clinton tried the same BS the courts told him no way can you do that since it's not legal according to a little document called the Constitution of the United States.
Guess with Obama in charge it no longer matters.
