someone should tazer that police. there is no way that's a public road. the guy already poured out out his drink , that was painful enough.

"I think I crapped my pants"

Obviously this guy has had more than one incident with the local law enforcement.

Never ever tell a cop you know or understand your rights. You're not a lawyer and neither is he.

Clearly you have never lived in the sticks. I have, and that is far better than some of the roads that I have lived on. I am sure it is a public road, as the officer even names it to his dispatcher. I believe that was a lawful and effective use of the Taser. The gentleman attempted to flee a lawful investigation, and failed to follow the lawful command of a peace officer. I say Bravo to the officer and agree that that was hillarious!!!!!!!

Ken, you should know

What's really funny is that there is another video of this same guy on the same tractor... drunk.... It may even be the same officer that pulls him over. He asked what his name is and he replies "Steve" that is how I think the officer knows his name. Anyway, he throws his beer can and then attempts to pee from the tractor. The officer struggles with him and ends up tazing him...
You would think he would learn
