It is fact and fiction. We were coerced to attend a Hootie Concert back when we lived in Fort Wayne. After struggling through the whole concert and encore we went to the local hot spot Pierre's. Shortly after arriving, Darius Rucker and the rest of the group showed up to party and they played Hootie music while he was there. So while it was not directly with him it was within vicinity of him. Have not listened to a single Hootie song since.

 

Great, so does that mean my answer is right or wrong ???

Fiction, I don't think they would "arrest" you for that, just pull you over and issue a citation.
