Formula 1.

Cutting edge cars with the most technological cars on the planet.

Even though the it would be nice if the racing was closer between cars.

Here's one for all the dirt track fans. These old modifieds have that HHR look!

I've hot lapped the #64 in the background. Any of you from the Milwaukee/Chicago area might recognize Darrell and Billy's old 30's Ford Victorias. Man those were sweet cars

No "All" option

I didn't have a chance from the get go. I grew up 8 miles west of Atco dragway in S. Jersey where I raced my first car, a 66 Chevy II SS L79 350hp 327 on handicapped street only nights . The owner of the company I worked for bought and refurbed Bridgeport speedway (dirt track) in the early 90's so I worked there on the weekends, which had 2 World of Outlaw visits a year. My roommate at the time was a diehard F1, IRL/Indycar fanatic, so it was always on the tube. A close friend had great tickets for Dover and Pocono, so I always got invited for that and now I live 45 mins from Sebring, so I go to various SCCA events, not to mention Homestead and Daytona. I was fortunate as my 1st Daytona race was '98, which Dale won. Those tickets and program are framed on my wall with his picture, 1/24 diecast,a piece of asphalt from the resurface and a panorama of that day.

I said drag, my buddies dad does it and it's interesting to see all the cars and the speed. My buddies Uncle or Cousin or something races (amateur) bikes and that's pretty cool.
