Guess I'm a fan of "Redneck" Racing. At Holland Speedway 2x every year they have the "Crashorama" I love the 100 lap STOCK cars going until they die. Figure 8's, backwards, trailer etc. All fun but for me, to see what my grandma drives going up against my old college car is awesome. Escorts, Civics, Taurus, etc. And they have standing room only at these events. No multi-million dollar race teams, no glitz, no pizzaz, just a lot of fun to be had.
They even let me race there once in the "teacher feature". Had a POS Plymoth Acclaim.

I'm the #12 car.

I am confused

I am confused
Is there some other kind of racing other than Drag Racing? What a concept. Seriously the first thing I remember is my Dad drag racing a Top Fuel dragster for Carroll Bros and Oxman. He even held the NHRA World Record for a while. Have been hooked ever since, There is nothing like the smell of Alcohol or Nitro in the winners circle. Gosh, I love that smell!

Have to go with other.
WRC Rally racing. These guys and gals have to be the best technical drivers in the world. They drive balls out on narrow dirt, gravel and snow covered roads without driving the course first, their navigator gives them directions on the fly. Now if they could put more cars on the course at the same time it would get wild. The spectators line the course....with NO gaurd rails or barriers. Insane.

Probably only the powertrain engineers know...F1 is highly secretive...I would assume very high, with the exotic fuels & super high-tech injection on these, they can handle it! Engines only have to last two race distances, according to regs.
