The only thing that kept me from buying a PT was the Chrysler name on it. In my opinion you don't get to be the number 3 car maker by making the best cars. However I am not sure what the pecking order is these days for manufacturers, but in the old days there were just the big 3 in the game.

true, but I've never met a Chrysler I've liked.
I'm a Chevy girl from way back...

Hope she got a ride.

I too am a Chevy person, I bought my first at 18, and nothing since. Although I did buy one of my ex-wives a Chevy Prism..which was really a Corolla. But it had the bowtie! Todd(Uma)

I've gotta admit that my GEO Metro was a "Suzuki Swift" with the bowtie slapped on it too
I think most of us are Che-bee folk from way back! We are very loyal!

I have to admit I'm a Mustang girl and have wanted one for eons. But well it's kind of hard to throw my "Tri"bike into the back. With my HHR, I fold down the back seat, stow the bike and I can be off to the races, literally.

As for the PT Cruiser, I see lots of them around town and only a few HHRs. I think that makes us more special and the HHR is way more roomy, cooler and now my fav car. Heck even hubby who was disappointed my new car wasn't his new truck is slowly starting to like it.

Nothing made by Chrysler Corp is worth a cr@p compared to the domestic competition. Not even their short affair w/ Daimler-Benz could uncrapify their products. And recently, with the likes of the the Nitro, Caliber, and Journey now in their model lineup, they've also got ugly down to an art form.

Must be some former AMC (American Motors) designer's offspring working in Chrysler's studios or something.

I'll be doing my first Sprint Tri in May @ Mission Bay.
A bad day walking is a great day riding for me ANYDAY
Best thing with my Panel, you can't see my gear stowed at an event and I love that.
