We have all seen the threads best song or best car movies. What about the funiest movie you have seen. I myself love Mel Brooks old school funny. What movie makes you laugh everytime you see it?

 

I still get a good laugh when watching Planes, Trains and Automobiles.

How about the old Cary Grant movie Arsonic and Old Lace? Hysterical!!

 

oh and if you talking Mel Brooks how can you not mention Blazing Saddles, The Producers, and one of my favorites, Silent Movie.

 

The actor Burton Gilliam who was the first actor to fart on the big screen in Blazing Saddles, now does commericials for a local Ford dealer (Rodeo Ford). His catch phrase is "We don't care how you get here, Just Get Here" in his twangy cowboy voice and he dresses in the same style as he did in blazing saddles. He is also the actor in the Pace Picante ads that says "New York City, Get a rope!"

 

I love both these movies, but my all time favorite funny movie is Airplane.

Well I mention that because a few years ago my then 16 year old daughter had never heard of Young Frankenstein. We rented it and she watched it almost wetting her pants. Guess what Daddy go for Christmas from her? YF The younger kids just have never seen the older comedy movies but if they do they love them.
