And, I'm not so sure the Fiatsler arrangement will work out long-term, either. With the massive over-capacity issues in Europe, they need to do what was done in NA, and shrink down to the right size to be profitable. Nobody wants to do that in Europe. Peugeot might have had their hand forced without this deal. Now it won't, at least for a while longer. These companies dreaming about filling up their under-used plants need a more immediate focus...

GM isn't going to fix Opel for at least 2 more years. This will likely make it harder, not easier to do so. I am not a fan. Ca sent mauvais fromage pour moi...
