Somewhat encouraging, however it's too early to bust out the champagne glasses just yet. I'm glad to see things turning around for them, even if it is preliminary and slow.

I wonder if they would mind sending that 2bil my way. I would like to see if I could join the cash burn crowd. Maybe I could buy a bank.

yeah i take it with a grain of salt, but still better them saying hey we are going to need more then we thought....

I'm curious if this is just a cheap ploy to raise stock prices. Regardless, I guess even a little bit of good news in the current ****storm is better than nothing.
