Great Customer Service...

I noticed a crack in my rear drivers side in-channel vent shade a couple washings ago. I don`t know how or when, just it was cracked.
So I contact Lund International and ask if I could get (a) replacement vent for my rear drivers side.
"Oh no sir, we don`t break up sets to send just one piece, we send a whole new set."
SWEET...

Did they ask for a proof of purchase or the old set back? Or, did the picture server as proof enough for them?

I just called them up... I`d registered when I got them, but no other proof or questions asked.
And as you can see, I have the original set on the ride.

I saw a PT with chrome vent covers, didn`t look bad. Thinking about doing that with this set.
I`m not really in a hurry to remove/replace the cracked one, I just wanted a replacement to be on stand-by, never expected a whole set.
