i hate to tell you guys that corned beef is an american dish its not irish......the only reason its known for the irish is becuz when they came over during the famine it was a cheap meat to buy......

I really don't care if it's truly Irish or not, all I know is it's good!! Especially cured with brown sugar and Guinness!!

Never could get past the smell of the cabbage to even try it.

BTW......HAPPY ST. PATTY'S DAY!!
