There is also a tilt sensor built into the guitar so when you build up your bonus meter you can throw the guitar straight up and play like a rock god. On the screen there is a fret board with little colored dots that come towards you that correspond with the fret buttons. You press the same colored buttons that the screen shows as you strum along with the music. It’s pretty basic but very addictive. It’s not really a musical trainer of any form but a fun game for people with a sense of rhythm. It's for people like me that love rhythm games and would rather make myself look like a fool rocking out on a little plastic guitar than make myself look like a complete fool dancing along with Dance Dance Revolution.
Ah, So you are one of those Best Buy endcappers, e h! wink, wink!

Kidding aside, it looks like a fun freak out along the lines of DDR or Karoke All we can ask is that it is done in the privacy of ones home

Below is a pic of Mewp AKA Girl Sam. She woks for me at the store. Her dad collects arcade games. Guess what she has in her house? Yup, a DDR Arcade console!
It is cool to be spoiled by yer dad at times
So she just bought this new fur suit. Picture that DDRing

And just for hoots, here's Malinda. She does NOT do DDR!

I just went out and bought it during lunch (from Best Buy). Now I can't wait to get home. I may have to leave early.

well i guess you can call it a tutorial program....
im assuming you know what tabs are, and what this one does, it play all the parts of a song in tab form, so it shows you how to play the bass or guitar, or drums, it even allows u to play like for instance a sax prt on the guitar..

it plays like every single insturment in a song...it has a realistic sound engine, so yea pretty much any insturment you can hear, u can hear playing in the tab...cant say enough good things about that program

and yes, i actually got 55294 tabs

I know nothing about Guitar Hero, and I don't play any instruments.

Funny story though, last week, my wife and I went to a BNL (Bare Naked Ladies) concert here in Atlanta. During their concert, Ed Robinosn, said this concert should be one of the BEST, why asked another, he said because he was finally practicing, on Guitar Hero 2. Claims he plays it on the tour bus all the time, he said the concert, would definitely have more ROCK to it.

It was pretty funny, he played a few riffs, from some classics, I assume are on GH2.

BNL live, does a great show, add libbying, some comedy, tailored shows to the city and good music.

Later,
Markiemark
