I would lay odds that that guy didn't learn to drive in Oklahoma.(that's where it took place) I been in OK since '96 and people round here cant drive worth s*!t. Are all of you aware of the Oklahoma stop sign?

They have these at the end of the on ramp(where they have merge signs in CA.) You really have to watch out when getting on the freeway.

I agree with you NavyFlyer. I live in Oklahoma and work in the DFW area of Texas. I thought Dallas drivers were bad until I got to Oklahoma!!!

That fellow obviously has done a few J-turns before!
